It’s been nearly five years since Chris Brown assaulted Rihanna before the 2009 Grammy Awards, but because of his inability to stay out of trouble, he’s still paying for it. In October, the singer was arrested for a felony assault (later reduced to a misdemeanor), and because of it, a judge has revoked his probation in the Rihanna case.

Following the October incident, Chris checked himself into rehab for anger management. Because of his progress in the program, the judge decided not to send him to jail. He better keep up the good behavior, though, because his next hearing in February could change that decision.

Chris has also been instructed not to use his medical marijuana.
