Glee’s 100th episode is coming this Spring! After a winter hiatus, the show will return (on Tuesdays!) in February, with the milestone episode taking place on March 18.
The show’s creator, Ryan Murphy, has already started making plans, too. “ALL The Glee Originals received invites today to be in our 100th episode! More to follow,” he tweeted on Tuesday.
Of course, he’s referring to Amber Riley, Mark Saling, Dianna Agron, Harry Shum Jr., and Heather Morris, who were all made recurring characters, rather than series regulars, for Season 5. Just hours after the invitation was announced, Ryan shared that Harry, Amber and Mark were all already on-board!
Heather was a regular for Season 4, but left this year after becoming pregnant. However, one day after revealing the 100th episode news, Ryan shared that she, too, would be returning for the milestone.
Meanwhile, Dianna only appeared in three episodes of last season, and has yet to return for Season 5, even for Cory Monteith’s tribute episode. The actress has denied reports that she’s feuding with anybody from the show.
