Alec Baldwin Fired From MSNBC

Time to face the consequences. Alec Baldwin was fired from MSNBC, where he hosted a poorly-rated, weekly talk show called Up Late With Alec Baldwin. The decision comes after the actor went on a homophobic rant earlier this month.

During the tirade, Alec called a photographer a “c***sucking f**.” He tried to cover up for comments by professing his love for several different men and pulling the “I have a gay friend” card, referring to his hair dresser.

It wasn’t enough for the network, though. A rep for MSNBC said that the parting is “mutual.”
