Things seem to be slowly but surely coming together for Amanda Bynes during her hospitalization. However, that also means that now she has to actually face and come to terms with the trouble her behavior has caused.

The trial for the actress’ DUI will finally move forward, now that she has been declared “mentally competent” to stand trial. Amanda was arrested for DUI in April 2012, followed by two counts of hit-and-run, as well as driving with a suspended license.

However, in July 2013, she was placed under an involuntary, 72-hour psychiatric hold after lighting a small fire in a random person’s driveway. From there, her treatment continued to be extended, and she’s still currently getting help at an undisclosed facility.

How much will this impending trial set her back?!
