The comeback continues for Lindsay Lohan! The actress has reportedly been asked to host the 39th season premiere of Saturday Night Live, and she’s definitely considering taking on the comedy gig.
Of course, this wouldn’t be LiLo’s first go-around hosting the show. In fact, she’s already done it five times, putting her in an elite group of celebrities (Justin Timberlake, Tom Hanks and Alec Baldwin) who have done it that many.
When the 27-year-old completed her court-ordered 90 days in rehab in July, she immediately went on Chelsea Lately as a guest host, and proved that she can make fun of herself in light of her troubling personal life. In the month since she left the Cliffside Recovery Center, she’s managed to stay out of trouble, and even landed a guest role on HBO’s Eastbound and Down.
Currently, The Canyons star is filming a docu-series about her life in recovery that will air early next year. SNL’s 39th season premieres on Sept. 28.
