It’s been four years since Kate Gosselin and Jon Gosselin separated (eventually leading to their divorce), but the drama still continues for the former couple. This time, Kate is suing her ex for allegedly accessing her computer and phone to obtain information for the 2012 book Kate Gosselin: How She Fooled the World.
According to the lawsuit, the book, written by Jon’s friend and business partner, Robert Hoffman, was pulled off the market two days after its release because the information had been illegally obtained. Kate accuses Jon of identity theft, wiretapping and invasion of privacy, seeking unspecified damages.
The exes are parents to eight children, and before their split, their family life was documented on the TLC reality series Jon & Kate Plus 8. Since their split, they’ve both faced a series of legal issues, and at one point, Jon even tried to get primary custody of the children. What could possibly come next?!
