WATCH: 'NSYNC Reunites For VMAs Performance!

Well, the rumors were true. During his performance at the MTV Video Music Awards on Sunday, Justin Timberlake reunited with his former ‘NSYNC bandmates — and girls of the 90’s and early 2000’s went wild!

After singing a medley of his own hits, Justin was joined by J.C. Chasez, Lance Bass, Joey Fatone and Chris Kirkpatrick on stage. Although the band’s performance was brief, they did sing clips from their hits “Girlfriend” and “Bye Bye Bye.” Fans are hoping, though, that this won’t be a one time reunion…especially since the boy band also joined Twitter on the day of the big show.

Once the lengthy Justin performance was over, Jimmy Fallon presented the singer with the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award. During his acceptance speech, the 32-year-old made sure to credit the ‘NSYNC guys for his success. “Half of the Moonmen I won, I won with those four guys over there,” he pointed out. “I’ll keep it at my house, but I share this award with them.”
