Things are definitely getting serious between Simon Cowell and his soon-to-be baby mama, Lauren Silverman. In fact, the X-Factor judge showed his admiration for the NYC socialite in the form of a very expensive birthday gift — a $16,000 Roberto Coin Diamond “Eternity Bracelet!”
Simon has been friends with Lauren and her (now ex)-husband, Andrew Silverman, for a while, but things clearly escalated between him and the 36-year-old…considering she’s now pregnant with his child. Clearly, the 53-year-old Brit is looking to prove that he’ll stick by her, although this gift was a pricy way to do it!
The new couple was spotted together on Wednesday, for the first time since the pregnancy news broke. They reunited for a vacation in the South of France, where they’re reportedly discussing their future, as well as their child’s. Things are a bit complicated in this relationship, though, because Lauren already has a seven-year-old son with Andrew, who she now shares custody of. They live in New York, while Simon works on The X-Factor in Los Angeles.
Lauren may be in the middle of a pretty sticky situation…but a diamond bracelet certainly helps, right?
