It’s been less than three months since Jenna Dewan-Tatum gave birth to her and Channing Tatum’s daughter, Everly, but already, the new mom has got her old body back. But how did she shed the weight so fast?!
Well, the actress says she had a plan for that all along — she booked a magazine cover for shortly after her daughter’s arrival, so she’d have motivation to get back in shape. Plus, it doesn’t hurt that she’s already a dancer, vegan and firm believer in personal training and working out.
Jenna also revealed that she made sure to take great care of her body during the pregnancy, so that afterwards, things would fall back into place a lot easier. Well, clearly she’s doing something right!
