The Bachelor Contestants Tweet Support For Gia Allemand

Jake Pavelka & Gia Allemand

The Bachelor family was shocked by the news that fellow contestant Gia Allemand chose to end her life this week. After learning of the news that the 29-year-old had tragically passed away, several of the show’s former stars shared their support for the model and her family on Wednesday.

As Star exclusively reported, Gia hung herself on Monday. She was admitted in critical condition and remained that way until Wednesday morning, when a critical loss of brain and organ function caused doctors to withdraw life support.

Gia participated on Season 14 of The Bachelor, where she was eliminated in the final three by Jake Pavelka. She then went onto compete on The Bachelor Pad.
