From magazines to your tv screens — LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian are officially making the jump! The couple’s reality show LeAnn & Eddie (working title) has officially been picked up by VH1 to air in the Fall 2013/Winter 2014 season. To start, the network will air six, half-hour episodes.
LeAnn and Eddie famously ended their respective marriages after meeting on set of the TV movie Northern Lights in 2009. Their show will be a way to show they are a “typical family,” despite the unconventional way they got together. Although the reality series will spend some time poking fun at all the tabloid headlines, it’ll also chronicle the couple as they continue raising Eddie’s two kids (whose mom is Eddie’s ex-wife and LeAnn’s arch-enemy Brandi Glanville).
“We are really excited to be working together on a unique show that will give you a glimpse into who we really are, or better yet, who we’re really not,” the married duo said in a statement.
Can’t wait to hear what Brandi has to say about this one…
