Chris Brown Claims his Graffiti is Art

Many of Chris Brown’s neighbors have been complaining about the graffiti outside his Los Angeles home, and he has had enough of it!

The singer defends the graffiti, which he sprayed himself, by claiming that it is his artwork and property. Therefore, he says, he is “protected by the First Amendment to the United States Constitution.”

Unfortunately, the city courts don’t quite see things the same way, and are telling him to remove it or pay fines. Breezy says his art “enhances the architectural and esthetic features of the residential property.” Riiiiight. Okay.
